RIAI Simon Open Door is a fundraising campaign run by the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) and Simon Communities of Ireland. Homeowners can donate €125 to receive a one-hour consultation with an RIAI Registered Architect about building, renovating, or retrofitting their home. All architects volunteer their time, and every cent raised goes to Simon Communities of Ireland. The campaign has raised €1.5 million over 21 years.
