Barron's Bakery & Coffee Shop is a bakery in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford, Ireland. It has been baking bread since 1887 and continues to use the same Scotch Brick Ovens, which give its bread a unique taste, flavour and crust. The bakery is probably the last in Ireland using these ovens. The bread is proved slowly and naturally, and the loaves are shaped by hand.
