Garda History

Garda History is an oral history project undertaken by the Garda Síochána Retired Members Association to mark the centenary of the founding of An Garda Síochána in 1922. The project records stories and recollections of members of the force, with interviews categorized by topics such as bombings, career, community, and the Troubles. It received a Heritage Council Grant Award in 2022.
