Irish Business Against Litter (IBAL) is an alliance of companies established in 1996. It believes that continued economic prosperity, particularly in tourism, food, and direct foreign investment, depends on a clean, litter-free environment. IBAL also asserts that all citizens have the right to a clean living environment. The organisation runs an Anti-Litter League and publishes results and statistics on litter levels across Ireland.
