The Irish Text Relay Service (ITRS) is a text relay service that enables people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech-impaired to make and receive phone calls independently. It works through live webchat, allowing users to type and read, speak and read, or type and listen during calls. The service provides guidance on getting started and making and receiving calls.
