LIFT Ireland

LIFT Ireland is a social enterprise that aims to increase positive leadership in Ireland. It runs an eight-part group learning programme based on a five-step self-reflective roundtable process focused on core human values. The programme is delivered nationwide through a network of volunteer facilitators and partner organisations, including corporate, public sector, university, school, sports club, charity, and community partners. As of 2025, over 140,000 participants have taken part.
