South Eastern Mountain Rescue (SEMRA) is a volunteer search and rescue team based in Clonmel, County Tipperary. The team provides a 24/7 service covering the Galtees, Comeraghs, Slievenamon, Knockmealdowns, Blackstairs, Slieve Blooms, and Ballyhouras mountains. Members are trained in first aid, stretcher evacuation, steep ground traverse, heights rescue, and search planning, and collaborate with national agencies such as An Garda Síochána and the Irish Coast Guard.
