Waterford Public Participation Network (PPN) is a network of voluntary organisations across Waterford, with more than 800 member groups. It gives community groups a voice with Waterford City & County Council and other formal bodies, selecting members to participate in consultations and committees. The network provides funding, resources, and training opportunities.
